Duology is about two forces co-existing in harmony. Every individual, society, and entity should strive for this harmonious existence between the dueling aspects within themselves and their environment.

This principle emphasizes that dual aspects, despite seeming opposition, are mutually inclusive and interdependent. Each aspect complements and completes the other, leading to a comprehensive whole.

This principle acknowledges the flux within the Duology. Even in a state of balance, the elements of Duology are always dynamic, constantly shifting, and altering their positions to maintain functional harmony.

This principle implies that understanding the nature and purpose of both sides of any duality gives deeper insight into the truth of existence and enables one to live in greater harmony with the universe.

The doctrine acknowledges the potential for transformation inherent in Duology. Each aspect of a Duology holds the seed of its counterpart within it — and through change and growth, any aspect can transform into its opposite.

This states that there is always more than one way to perceive a situation or a truth. Embracing the concept of Duology allows us to see from multiple perspectives, and enhances our wisdom and understanding.

This principle posits that comedy interlaces the universal fabric, bringing levity while propelling richness if allowed to co-exist and be recognized in any situation across the gravity spectrum. Melpomene and Thalia brought us the masks of comedy and tragedy. Duology interprets those as light and dark rather than good and evil, and accommodates the possibility of mistaking them for each other on occasion.

This is the highest principle in this doctrine. It conveys the understanding that in ultimate reality, duality merges into a higher form of unity, which transcends and includes the dual aspects. It brings together the notion of oneness with the dynamic interplay of opposites.
